How long will it take me to get visible muscles and abs with my routine? Please help?

With my routine, I’m wondering how long it’ll take to get visible abs and muscles. I want to look good for my first year in high schooll. There’ve been a lot of debating between my siblings saying how long it’ll take me. So I need a lot of opinions to justify my answer. Please help me!!! Thank you.
I’m 14 years old, 5′5″, and weigh 121 pounds.
I wake up 6:30 every morning and jog a mile. Everyday I swim 20 laps front and back in my pool, do 20 pull ups, and use weightsdoing 200 bicep curls on each of my arms (every other day), 20 sit-ups, 20 curlups, 20 pushups, 20 leg lifts, and stretch out my body. (Note: all exercises are done at different times of the day and I can’t go to the gym).
So again if anyone can answer my question that would be great. Thank you!
