You could try cutting back on things such as soda and start counting your calories. It’s definitely possible!

to lose weight you should eat less and exercise more. Eat smaller portions, no snacks, no desserts, no second portions, and healthier food choices. :) also exercise often :) i know it sounds hard but its easy once you get used to it. :) i am also on a diet … its weight watchers and they tell you how many points are in foods. a child gets 30 points and a adult gets 20 points. if you go over your points you gain weight … if you go under you lose weight :) A burger king burger is fifteen points. Not many people realize it but they are over eating every day. Just try to eat better and you WILL lose weight :)

Can you please answer this first,
Why did you put that weight on yourself in the first place if you want to lose it so much?
Anyways… exercise daily and I know everyone would say that but I recommend you use an elliptical (google it =D) Along with that, you need to eat healthy and eat atleast 1700 calories a day

Okay, first of all figure out where you want to loose the weight? Where do you want to tone?
should of said how old you are, that could help a little bit for figuring this out.
Okay so first of all I am 125, and 5′4. My B.M.I is perfect, i am right in the middle of the average weight zone. So you could loose a little bit of weight.
If you find that you have alot of extra fat on your lower stomach, the best way to get rid of that is by doing lots of core workouts. Crunches, sit-ups, side crunches, skipping, running, anything that is working your six-pack that is underneith the layer of fat. Once you get that flabby stuff of, then you need to tone by doing lots of sit ups and crunches.
If you see alot of fattys on your biceps i advise you to do what are called dips. The tone your upper arms very nicely.
Thighs, that is where i wanted to loose weight and tone them up and i lost 2 inches on mine from 2 weeks of hard excersise for them. I went for a thirty minutes jog everynight for those two weeks and every other night after my jog i would come home and do walking lunges, jumping lunges, one minute wall sit. And i lost fat on my thighs.
Eat lots of vegetables, and eat some fruit daily. Keep you’re bread intake and carbs low. Don’t eat lots of foods with saturdated or trans fats. Eat lots of fish, and white meats like chicken.

    Well, let’s see…
I’m around where you are… I’m 5′4′ 1/4” and 142 and used to weigh more… I lost like, 15 lbs. from going vegetarian, though I wasn’t planning on it… and then after that, I decided I’d lose some more so I’m working on that now… I’ll tell you once I lose another ten pounds. :)

jogging is an excellent exercise because it let you lose weight
evenly throughout your whole body. If you want to lose weight in
specific areas, you should target them with exercises. If they are
your problem areas, they will be very difficult to tone. You will have
to work double on them. The best approach is this:
    1. Lower/control your daily calorie intake (control for normal
    weight, lower for overweight).
    2. Run/jog to lower your overall body fat percentage.
    3. Target your problem areas with exercises.
an excellent exercise, you can do it in front of your TV: sit on a
stool, and put your toes under something (piece of heavy furniture,
for example). In your hands hold a little dumbbell. Please, make sure
that it is not very heavy, start with one kilo, for example, or you
will damage your back and spine! Slowly move the upper part of your
body back, until it’s parallel with the ground. Stop for a second and
move it back to the sitting position. Repeat ten times. Every week add
to the number of repetitions. You will see the results in a week,
guaranteed! You will see or feel under the fat - if you have any - six
pack and muscles. Dumbbells do wonders. Much better than these
crunches - I came up to three hundreds and there was no results AT
ALL. With the dumbbells you will see it in a week

    Hi there. :)
You can go to the gym and do cardiovascular activities for an hour at least thrice a week. At the same time, you should also consider the proper how’s of eating:
    1. Eat only when hungry-and stop before you’re full.
    2. Eat slowly and chew food thoroughly.
    3. Eat only when calm and relaxed.
    4. Allow plenty of time between meals.
    5. Drink plenty of water.

It is not enough that you take a diet. You should take it as a lifestyle: Eat less and exercise more. :) Check out my source articles to know more. Good luck!

    1. First start by getting up earlier than usual. Around 5:30 AM to do some of you workouts. Getting up early shocks your metabolism because the body needs more energy to get going. Right? This will start your system on the road to weight loss. That early start with about 10 minutes of stretching. Have a cup of coffee to get the blood going also.

    2. Do all the sit-ups you can. Just do them. 15 or 20 whatever, we don’t have a lot of time to work with. Rest 1 minute repeat, do this for 6 sets. Already you are breathing hard and feel worn, because the body is working extra hard at being up earlier and then going right into exercise. If the early morning hour lets you get your cardio in, go ahead and do it. 30 minutes.

    3. Diet. Cut all current meal portions in half, just cut them in half, nothing fancy or complicated, CUT IN HALF! Cut out all bread products, all gravies, candies, chips, night snacks, etc. If you crave at night eat a banana, other fruit or best a non-fat yogurt. There are some tasty ones out there.

    4. In the evening do another 6 sets of sit-ups maxing out each set. Cardio again. The trick is to stay with getting up earlier. Yes it’s hard, that’s why it is so effective. Why do you think the Army gets up so early, it is intense training to the max.

    Yes that is possible.

first, Set realistic goals aim to loose 5 pounds then go for another 5 pounds until you reach your desired weight.

    2. Set a regular exercise program at least 3 hours a week would do. Be active in a sport of your choice badminton, Basketball, Boxing are some good sports that will make you sweath.

    3. EEat healthy fats from nuts, seeds and olive oil, and high-fiber foods such as vegetable salads and whole-grain pastas.

    4. Plan ahead. Keep the fridge stocked with healthful food and you’ll be less likely to run out for high-calorie, high-fat junk food.

    5. Document your progress to keep you motivated. Take note of your weight daily and post in a place where you will always see it. (You can also try using the “My Diet”application in facebook)

    Eat a big breakfast
It is interesting to note that 80 percent of the people who are overweight eat a small breakfast or none at all. Eighty percent of thin people eat a large breakfast. Your breakfast should consist of as much as you want of the following items. Everything listed should be organic. Apples, pears, berries, kiwis, pineapples, grapefruit, plums, peaches, prunes, figs, rye bread, raw butter (raw means not pasteurized and not homogenized), raw milk, plain yogurt (this means no sugar or fruit), wild smoked salmon, beef in any form as long as it’s organic, chicken in any form as long as it’s organic, lamb in any form as long as it’s organic, tuna, sardines, eggs, tomatoes, peppers, salsa, celery, carrots, any vegetable, potatoes in limited amounts, coffee in limited amounts made with pure water not tap water with raw milk or cream and raw evaporated sugar cane juice or honey as a sweetener, real tea (not tea in tea bags).

Eat a huge salad at lunch & dinner
I don’t care if your lunch is a cheeseburger, French fries, and a pint of ice cream, add to it a big, huge salad and eat that first. You’ll be amazed that you lose weight. The salad can contain anything you like as long as it is only vegetables and they are organic. The salad dressing should be organic olive oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice, or organic vinegar. If you really want to speed the weight loss process use organic apple cider vinegar. Add some organic sea salt, fresh ground pepper, or some garlic for taste.
