Perform Fitness Evaluations:We will evaluate for: body composition, bodyweight, girth measurements, blood pressure, heart rate and numerous various core tests. These exercise tests help us a fair representation of your current health and a baseline for future results fitnesstesting.
Coach You Through Your Program:We are held responsible for weekly exercise studio sessions and keeping dedicated weekly progress reports on the clients we work with.
