Black Powder NOS for woman?

July 2nd, 2009 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Fitness
Jill M asked:

I am a 19 year old female who is serious about working out. I’m about 5′3″ and 120 lbs.I recently purchased wheybolic for protein after my workouts as well as black powder nos to get me amped pre work out. I don’t take the full serving (1 cup) but take maybe about 2/3 cup with my water. However, someone told me yesterday that it is doing nothing for me and because I’m a woman I can’t break down some of the stuff that’s in it so I just end up peeing it out and getting nothing out of it for my workout. I’m not sure if I’ve noticed too much of a difference after taking it because I’m afraid maybe its just a placebo affect. Is this true that some pre workout supplements don’t work for woman? Thanks!

Firms Large and Small Have Need For Databases

June 30th, 2009 by admin | No Comments | Filed in Bodybuilding

Data is , for many, a company’s single most critical item to their success. Firms slice it, they dice it; they analyze it from every imagineable direction, and sometimes even in 3-D.

Businesses seriously evolve or become extinct on their ability to leverage this data. Reports are built in creative ways displaying rows and rows of data. Presentations are built in imaginitive ways.

Regardless of the application, browser application or desktop application you are evaluating, this virtually always is “words of wisdom”. Data is vital, and a Database is an excellent platform for handling that mound of data.

Article courtesy of RogerDouglass.Com; over 26 years of providing help with “database defragmentation, they have helped hundreds of companies like yours enhance web services and development.

Why Use the a Database?

To avoid repeating myself, simply put, a database enables a large number of applications to get to the information in a known manner. As opposed to repeatedly producing 1-up, proprietary applications to access key data, a single database system can provide a consolidated repository, or “data haven”, for all a business’s information. By controlling the information, we reduce duplication of data entry.

An application that uses a database as it’s direct source of data does so in very specific ways. The applications execute all the input, processing, and display directly inside the programs themselves. They afterwards use the database engine to store information that needs to be retained after the program exits and data that needs to be shared with other programs.

Databases are quite powerful tools for collecting and distributing information. Unfortunately they frequently areharder to use “as is” than spreadsheets. This hinderance is quite easily taken care of through structured database design. To realize the advantages of a database management system over just keeping information in columns and rows in a spreadsheet, a optimally built database must be engineered.

An experienced database programmer is knowledgeable about how to unlock the potential of the database program, and enable users to reap the rewards of speed, quality, and overall productivity when working with their data.

Have you ever not been able to tell someone’s gender?

Jonny Dangerously asked:

I had an appointment today for an assessment with a client who put on their application “other” for gender and it freaks me out.

I kept waiting to see what restroom they would choose but they never even went to the bathroom.

Is there a way to find out without asking? We trainers do have to adjust workouts according to gender because of the differences in men and women.

this is really a weird situation I have never been in before

A few questions about Weight loss, look, motivation?

June 25th, 2009 by admin | 2 Comments | Filed in Fitness
Just Me asked:

I have gained a lot of weight since high school. I am averaging about 10 pounds a year. I used to be 120-125(I’m 5′7″) and now I am 150-155. I really don’t like how much bigger I have gotten but I am too lazy to actually go & work out. How can I get self motivated to go work out? Even though I hate the way I look it still has not motivated me to do anything. I’ll go to the gym every other day for about a week every couple of months but can’t seem to keep it up because I end up “too busy” I do work M-W 14hr days Sun/Thu/Fri 8 hr days. So I really only have saturdays off & th/fr nights. Also, I am such a junk food eater. I seriously dont eat anything healthy. I like breads, pastas, and meat. I don’t eat salads,or any fruits or veggies for that matter. I need ways to get self motivated & eat right & keep on a workout plan. Also, I would like to know what other 5′7″ 155 lbs women look like. Just as a comparison because friends are nice and say “you’re still skinny” but I know better…

Rah L asked:

I recently researched clenbuterol and want to incorporate it into my workout. As advised, it best works ideally at .80-1.00 cc’s/mls for women, but start off low and work your self up….. Well I started off at .50ccs and was USELESS for the entire day…. heartrate was emensely elevated and I had uncontrollable shakes. I could not function. Now what I need to know is if anyone has taken liquid clen before….how low a dose did you start off at…or is my stuff very potent. I simply cannot handle that dose at .5, I need to know if I will be ok to take a lower dosage without the same effect. I want to make it work…. advice please….. and Please…. I know the obvious… I regularly work out and have a healthy lifestyle….just need that boost and am looking for a way to make this work. so please…. no negative comments, they will not help. Thank you
